King’s BierHaus Expands Beyond Pearland
Hans (Johann Sitter owner of King’s Biergarten) is moving on up, to Houston’s Heights area. Located at 2044 E. T.C. Jester. The new BierHaus will feature a 9,000 square foot outdoor outdoor beer garden with lounging hammocks, bar games, and a small river. The indoor space will feature communal seating, cozy tables, and TV’s for watching local sports favorites. The BierHaus will open at the end of April. A lucky few will be able to check out their first glimpses of the new facility starting April 20th during it’s grand opening celebration. Tickets to opening day are free, but you’ll have to grab them on EventBrite before they are gone. The BierHaus was mentioned as one of the 15 most anticipated restaurant openings in the nation by zagat’s. As for food expect the usual sausages with a side of everything from sauerkraut to fried eggs. The bar menu will serve an extended selection of craft bears and cocktails as well as a large list of whiskey. Hans also suggested the BierHaus will offer what he calls the “largest authentic schnapps collection in Texas”. Unlike the Pearland location the kitchen is expected to serve up more American cuisines as well. PROST!! Photos courtesy of […]
